Try clearing your cache by following these steps:
- Shut down Klipfolio Dashboard.
- Go to Windows' Start button > All Programs > Klipfolio (Dashboard...) > Open Klipfolio (Dashboard...) Folder.
- Open the cache folder.
- Delete all files.
- Restart Klipfolio Dashboard.
It may also be that the upgraded Klip uses new features that are not in the version of Klipfolio Dashboard you are using. Be sure to upgrade your Klipfolio Dashboard to the latest version by following these steps:
- Open the Options window.
- Click the About tab.
- Click the Check Now button.
- Follow any instructions that appear.
