Authenticate with Ahrefs and enter a domain or URL

Connect with Ahrefs using the Connector Gallery in Klipfolio. The first thing you will be asked to do is authenticate and create a handshake connection between your Klipfolio and Ahrefs accounts.

  1. Select Ahrefs from the list of connectors.
  2. Select a data request.
  3. Click Connect an Account.
  4. Enter your Ahrefs login credentials.
  5. In the popup window, click Allow Access.
  6. Click Next Step.

    Note: You now have an OAuth Token for your Connected Account. Keep track of your tokens in the Account section under Connected Accounts.

You should now be on the New Data Source page. To get the right data from Ahrefs, you'll need to enter some additional information into the query provided.

Depending on the query,

  • Replace <yourDomain> with your domain.
  • Replace <yourURL> with the URL you want to track.
