Why are some data source refresh rates unavailable?

You can set a refresh rate for each data source in your account to ensure your data is always up-to-date. However, you may exceed the refresh rate limit if you have multiple data sources with frequent refresh rates. Refresh rate availability varies according to your pricing plan.

If you encounter a refresh rate error, for example:

Data sources imported successfully. In order to keep this account within its refresh limit, the imported data sources will refresh at a rate of "Every 2 hours".

It will prevent you from setting a frequent refresh rate, you can troubleshoot using the following options when selecting a Queue for Refresh:

  • You can choose a less frequent refresh rate from the Queue for Refresh dropdown list to ensure that you do not exceed your account's data source refresh rate.
  • Choose Never and continue creating your current data source. After creating your data source, adjust the other data sources in your account to refresh less often. After adjusting your other data sources, return to the data source you created - you will be able to set a frequent refresh rate now without exceeding your account limit.
  • Delete unused data sources from your list of data sources or set the Queue for Refresh for unused data sources to Never.
    Note: The refresh rate of a disabled data source is counted against the limit.
