How do I manually update data sources?

Klipfolio enables you to update data sources so your Klips always display the most current information. When you update a data source, any Klips using that data source will be automatically updated to reflect the changes made to the source file. Files uploaded from a REST/URL connector can be automatically updated using a refresh rate.

If a data source is a local file that was uploaded from your computer and changes are made to that file, you will need to manually update the data source in Klipfolio.

To manually update a data source

    1. Click Data Sources in the left navigation bar.
    2. Select the data source you want to update and, beside Queue for Refresh, click Re-Upload Now.
The data source and any Klips that use it are updated.

If a data source is failing to refresh, an alert icon will appear in the top-right corner of any Klips using that data source. By clicking on the icon, you will be able to navigate to the data source's properties page to address the issue.
