How do I comment on a Klip?

Comments allow you to share insights and observations about the metrics being shown on a Klip with your peers.

Anyone with access to a Klip can write a comment, but only administrators can edit or delete a comment. When a comment has been added to a Klip, you will be notified with a small yellow indicator icon.

Note: If you make a copy of a Klip with comments, the copied Klip will not have any comments associated with it. Comments will also be removed when you import a Klip with comments to a client account from master account (or vice versa).

To write a comment

  1. Click the Comments symbol.
  2. Click Add a comment and type your note. You can include links to external websites in your comments.
  3. Click Save and close the Comments window. You will now see two lines on the comments icon indicating that the Klip has comments:

The comment is added to the Klip and anyone with access to the Klip will see a yellow indicator icon.

To edit a comment

Note: You must be an administrator to edit comments.

  1. Click the Comments symbol.
  2. Click Edit and make changes to the comment.
  3. Click Save and close the Comments window.

To delete a comment

Note: You must be an administrator to delete comments.

  1. Click the Comments symbol.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion and close the Comments window.
