What is a Master account?

As a partner you are given a Master (Parent) account that enables you to manage your Client (Child) accounts and monitor your own organization's KPIs. Your Master account provides access to information pertaining to each of your clients and enables you to sign into and manage client accounts.

The actions you can perform depend on whether you are working in the Master account or are signed into a Client account.

Tasks performed in a Master account

When working in a Master account, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Build your organization's dashboards, using the Dashboard Gallery or the Klip Gallery
  • Test and experiment with creating dashboards for your clients
  • Build a Master dashboard template for client use
  • Add/remove clients
  • Import Klips, dashboards, and data sources
  • Add and remove user seats that are associated with a client's account
  • Assign assets (such as Klips, dashboards, and data sources) to clients
  • If applicable, set White-Label and Custom options

Tasks performed in a Client account

When signed into a Client account as an Administrator, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Build Klips and assemble dashboards
  • Create groups and add users
  • Change the dashboard logo
  • Import Klips, dashboards, and data sources

Note: To sign in as an Administrator in a client account:

  • On the Clients page, beside the Client's name, under Sign In as, click Admin.
