Use ShoreTelSky as a data source

 

Klipfolio lets you connect to ShoreTelSky to create data sources and use that data to build Klips. ShoreTelSky is a REST/URL that requires Basic HTTP Authentication.

To create a data source using ShoreTelSky:

Note: These procedures only provide the steps required to plug the API into Klipfolio to create a new data source. Please refer to the ShoreTelSky documentation for more information on retrieving data using an API.

  1. Click the Library link from the Dashboard page.
  2. Select the Data Sources tab.
  3. Click on the Set Up a New Data Source button.
  4. Select the REST/URL connector option.
  5. Select the Basic HTTP Authentication option.
  6. Enter your Intervals Username and Password.
  7. Enter your Intervals API into the URL field.
    Note: Refer to the ShoreTelSky documentation for instructions on how to retrieve your API.
  8. Click the Get Resource button.
  9. Click the Continue button.
  10. Provide a name and description for the data source.
  11. Set the Refresh Rate for the data source.
  12. Click the Save button.
    The data source is saved and stored in the Library for future use.
