Klipfolio tracks concurrent sign-ins from a single email address. You are able to sign in from up to four devices, two desktop and two mobile devices. For example, you can sign into a laptop, a computer, a tablet, and a smartphone using the same email address.

To avoid any service disruptions ensure the number of Klipfolio users in your plan meets your user requirements. If you're using Klips, note that a wallboard display counts as a user.

If you need to update your plan, click your Account name (at the bottom of the left navigation sidebar) and select Plan. (If you don’t see this option, click the button in the left navigation sidebar and select Plan.)
