Our recent redesign simplifies the data transfer experience by combining raw and modelled data sources into a single object - data feeds. We’re gradually releasing this new feature to our customers.
If you see Data Feeds in the left navigation sidebar, you're in the right place. If not, go here.
When a data feed is connected to a local file, for example, a spreadsheet on your desktop, and you make changes to the file, you'll need to manually re-upload the file for the data feed to display its most recent content. After re-uploading the file and saving the data feed, all associated metrics will automatically update to reflect the changes made to the source file.
To manually update a data feed:
- Click Data Feeds in the left navigation sidebar to open your list of data feeds.
- Select the data feed you want to modify.
- Click the Edit button in the top navigation bar.
- To update the data feed, click in the field under Data service and manually upload the most recent version of the file. (See below.)
- Click Save data feed.
The data feed and its associated metrics are updated.
