We have a number of email addresses we need to send reports to every month, which need to be scheduled for our clients. This would make a big difference if we was able to send them to anyone rather than just users. With 5 users with each package, it's very restricting.

I would love to better understand the different audiences you would be sending emails snapshots to, can you share some additional context? Also, I would love to hear you perspective on whether or not published links would meet your needs - or why not.

We are using one dashboard per client, every month we need to send each client their monthly reports. As we have 6 dashboards set up, this means we are already over the 5 user limit. So being able to input any email address would be better for us. One of our clients requires their report to be sent to 4 team members, so they can all review the data.
As your not able to change the dates on some Klips, using the published links are not an option. Because if the client wasn't view the dash on the 1st of each month, then they wouldn't get the full data from the pervious months. Unfortunately some things within Klipfolio are so advanced, it feels like the basics of sharing/ PDF layouts has been overlooked.

I've also found it a little annoying to add someone to a scheduled email they have to be user when really they don't need to be.
Louise you may want to look into using user properties (variables) to use the one dashboard for all clients but those clients getting there specific data based off there user property/variable. I have similar requirements but i didn't not want the maintanece overheard so have the one dashboard displaying the data specific to only that client, group of users etc. -

I would like this feature too for a slightly different reason. I communicate the links to my clients but I would like to give them schedules snapshot for recording purposes. But I don't want my clients to register for this feature (above all because there is often many people interested in this dasboard in the organizations so it would represent a whole bunch of accounts).
Do you have any other idea to automate such a scheduled snapshot?

Hi Everyone. We have not yet implemented a feature that would allow for any email recipient to receive scheduled reports from Klipfolio. However, the way in which you add users to Klipfolio has become more efficient and streamlined. This will improve some use cases but not all that are mentioned in this thread.
