Only show a data point's label if my cursor hovers exactly over that label

I have a few graphs that include both targets and actuals. If the target and actual data points are very close together, it is extremely difficult to see the label of the data point I'm interested in. Very often, I will see the label of a data point that is next to the data point my cursor hovers over. I would therefore suggest only showing labels when I hover exactly over that data point. That would make it more intuitive.
