Hello everyone

Does anyone know how long to response time on facebook widgets?
The reaction panel did not update the sum of reactions made in the last few hours.

I wonder if anyone has ever had it.

    Hi Chrys,

    Thanks for posting in our Community!
    The response time for Facebook Klips would be dependent on the refresh time of the datasources that are using it, as well as any delay that Facebooks API may have in reporting these values.

    Now, I see you have an open support ticket for this request, so what I am going to do is just you to enable support access, and a support agent will take a look at the problem live in your Klip.
