Real time refresh via Raspberry Pi 3 and Chromium browser

Hello,

i have Raspberry Pi 3's running Raspbian Pixel OS, which comes with the Chromium browser.

I have the Chromium browser displaying my Klipfolio dashboards via private link sharing.

The only thing is the dashboards and klips do not update. I know i can install a chrome extension to auto refresh, but i want it to be realtime, on demand, instead of polling.

I am also aware that i can install RiseVision, but i would prefer Chromium if there was a fix for the refreshing.

Is there a way to enable to real time refreshing in Chromium?

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for posting in our Community!

Unfortunately, the limitation here would be with Chromium.
While Chromium can be used to look at websites in a static way, my theory would be that it would not establish whats called a session, which would be used to periodically make contact with Klipfolio, and recognize when the data has been updated like on a desktop browser.
It may not be possible to have dashboards update in a real-time way like they do regularly, if you are using Chromium, although to be clear, we are not experts in Chromium, so someone with more experience in the platform may be able to find a way.

Sorry for the inconvenience here Ben.

    Best regards,
    Joshua
