Auto update on CSV file

Hi,

i have set up a FTP connection, that point to a single CSV file.

Do to inadequate functionality from the report API of the service we are using, i have made a script that get the data i need for my klip, that sends the csv file to the server once a day. But when i logged on to my dash board this morning, the data source hadn't been updated. After a manual update the date was received from the server.

I have set the queue for refresh every 30 minute, just to test if anything was happening. I can now see that nothing does. Why does the FTP data source not push the refresh request manually?

    Thanks for using Klipfolio Support!

    The datasources in Klipfolio are only queued for refresh if one of the following happens;
    Someone has logged into the account in app.klipfolio.com. 
    Someone is actively viewing a published link. (https://support.klipfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/215548488-Publish-links)
    You have sent out a scheduled email report. (https://www.klipfolio.com/blog/scheduled-email-dashboard-reporting-3-steps)

    If none of these conditions are met, the datasource will not refresh.
    However, as soon as someone logs in, they will all be triggered for refresh, and after a few moments should be updated.
