A feature to disable chat prompts on dashboards should be created. We began our account yesterday and our display dashboard continues to receive prompts for "help" chats. Help told us that this will occur for the first 3 months of our membership. It is not ideal.

Your display dashboards could be tied to a view-only user role. The view-only role shouldn't have the chat prompts on it.

Hi,
is there any other way to disable the chat? Because in view-only role you can neither switch to full screen mode nor change between light and dark theme. At least full screen mode would be usefull for a view-only role.

For your view-only user, you can create a custom role to give access to the full screen options, plus light and dark theme. This would allow that role to run in full screen and change themes.

Hi there,
I created a custom role, only allowed to go fullscreen and change themes. But then the chat prompt will pop up every now and then again. So in my opinion there realy should be an option to disable chat prompts per user and/or role to have flexibility.

The chat feature itself will go away after 90 days. If you are seeing it with a view only and the two custom roles, then I'd like to investigate. I don't have other reports of this happening, so there could be something else causing the issue.
