Currently Klips can have comments. This is a great thing since sometimes you like to provide extra information a klip( e.g. why is there a sudden spike, was the system down time planed, or much more general info for every one like how to interpret colors in a complex graph, or extra info on a patter ,.....)

Unfortunately this comment option is only available when someone is locked in. 

I like to have an option to be able to publish the comments also to a public link. Beside that I would like to limit the creation of an comment to someone who is logged in, or even better to a specific right. Also I want to optionally block Answers on comments.
