I am reading the "Jira Raw Data" tab, and I want to see a list of all engineers and their backlog of total cases called "Key"
What I am looking for is the following:
Engineer name in Column A and in Column B, I would like to see the total cases they have

Thank you for your post, however, without knowing how your data is configured, we won't be able to tell you how to select your values. What is "Jira Raw Data" Tab? It may be easier to have the support team assist you and you can reach them at support@klipfolio.com They will ask for access to your account and the name of your data source.
