Emailed klip only shows data when above a certain value

We have a klip which shows the number of open Zendesk tickets. A snapshot of this klip is sent to Slack every Friday afternoon. The snapshot only displays data when the number of tickets is above 30 (the target value). When there are fewer than 30 open tickets it shows 0. The view in the editor is correct but the snapshot (and sometimes also on the dashboard where the klip was added) it stays at 0/no data. I'm not sure if it's because of the data source or if something else isn't set right.

    If you're seeing a discrepancy between what you see in the editor and what's appearing on a dashboard/snapshot, it's likely that there's a variable value that's being set in the editor that is not properly being set on your dashboard. That could be due to a user input control issue, a deleted variable that's no longer present on your dashboard, or another issue where a variable is setting a Klip to an unexpected value. Unfortunately, it's difficult to exactly pinpoint the issue here without accessing the dashboard directly, so if you're still facing this challenge I'd recommend sending in a support ticket to our team at support@klipfolio.com . Our team will be able to look at your dashboard directly and troubleshoot the specific issue causing this discrepancy.
