We have a klip which shows the number of open Zendesk tickets. A snapshot of this klip is sent to Slack every Friday afternoon. The snapshot only displays data when the number of tickets is above 30 (the target value). When there are fewer than 30 open tickets it shows 0. The view in the editor is correct but the snapshot (and sometimes also on the dashboard where the klip was added) it stays at 0/no data. I'm not sure if it's because of the data source or if something else isn't set right.
