I am trying to connect postgresql database in my localhost to klipfolio. But it shows java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused).
Can you help me to rectify that.

The first thing I would ensure here is that your server is set up to accept traffic from all of the IPs listed in this article. If that's been done and you're still not seeing a connection, please reach out to support@klipfolio.com and someone from our support team can work more closely with your connection to understand what could be occurring here.
