Dashboard on iPad in Chrome = terrible experience with font sizes

I’ve been using Klipfolio for years. My biggest complaint is that it has a terrible user experience on an iPad in Chrome. I’m not trying to edit Klips, I’m talking about viewing simple dashboards in Chrome on an iPad. In Safari, you can adjust font sizes, but in Chrome there is no work around provided by Klipfolio. I wish they would add a little “+” or “-“ somewhere on the page to make it work. We create dashboards that we want our team to view in multiple platforms/devices. We don’t want to create a separate view for iPads. Is they any work around for this?

    Hi Wayne,

Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear you're facing challenges with dashboard legibility on iPad. Typically, we recommend designing your dashboards for the medium through which they'll be viewed, but if that's not an option, then the following methods of dashboard viewing may better suit your needs.

    1. The Klips app for iPhone supports access via iPad and displays a mobile-friendly version of your dashboards.

    2. A published link of your dashboard may not have the same scaling issues as you see in-app as this removes UI elements like the side bar from the dashboard view.

I hope this helps and gives you some alternative options!

Parker - your mobile app hasn't been updated in 3 years. It is terrible.

This is what it looks like on an iPad in your mobile app:
