I have created a data feed, I have Column A as "Scheduled By" this is who has had a scheduled demo event on the account. I have Column B as "SDR" a field that is populated on the Opportunity that tells us who scheduled the Demo. I need Total Counts for both columns A and B, including date ranges and the reps name so that I can filter by SDR/Date Range. I want to divide the totals to get a percentage for show up rate. How do I go about doing this?

Hi Brelynn,
Thanks so much for the post.
Great question. Based on the information you've given, you'll want to create two metrics to start. One for the count of "Scheduled By", where the count of that column is the measure of the metric, "SDR" is a segment of the metric, and the date column in your data feed (assuming you have one) is the date column for your metric. The next metric would be the exact same in setup, but the measure in this case would be a count of "SDR". This document on creating custom metrics is a great guide to assist with this part of the process.
Once you have those two metrics set up, you'll be able to display visualizations for the total counts of these fields over the SDR, with the ability to filter by SDR and date.
In terms of getting the percentage for show up rate, you can then use the two metrics you've created in a calculated metric, where the calculation is set as one metric over the other. This allows you to have a third metric that uses the values of your other two metrics in order to calculate the show up rate. This document on calculated metrics is a helpful guide for your reference.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or would like some more direct assistance with your metrics, feel free to send an email to support@klipfolio.com to submit a support ticket, and someone from our team would be happy to assist you!
