Suppress PDF header when downloading as PDF

When a tab is downloaded as PDF, the header of the page automatically shows the EST timestamp. Very nice when you are in that timezone but to my european customers, it looks somewhat foreign. Would be very nice if we could change the time zone there and / or suppress the header at all.

    We recently released an update to the PDF generation to optionally hide the date/time stamp from PDFs to help you avoid having date/time that is not referring to your timezone.

    Can we please also have an option to suppress the whole header...
