Allow Passthrough Authentication to Dashboards

We're working on integrating our dashboards into another application that's deployed to user's desktops. Currently it works but prompts for the Klipfolio login & password. What we'd like to do is deliver a seamless experience for users by clicking their respective dashboard and having it take them right in. This could be very easily accomplished by allowing for the user credentials to be passed by parameters, much like you can already at https://app.klipfolio.com/login?url=dashboard&username=someone@somewhere.far This would really streamline the product for integrating with other apps, and would enable us to deploy for all of our clients; meaning we'd effectively need to become a reseller for the number of account sales it would generate (one for each client, in this case).

This is available in the current release, it's referred to as Single Sign On. We've developed against it and it works flawlessly. http://klipfolio.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/255281-implementing-single-sign-on-for-klipfolio-dashboar

Hi Rick, The application we're looking to embed KlipFolio in to is not developed by us, and we are limited to only embedding a URL. I'm not sure I I understand the SSO documentation correctly, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it required to first POST the authentication bits, and then request the page? We lack the ability to make the application perform the SSO handshake, and this is preventing us from implementing this feature. Or am I missing something?

Hi Jesse, were you ever able to find resolution for this?  I'm needing to do something similar.
