Organisation Branding

It would be great in future releases to brand the mydashboards and mobile dashboards product with company specific branding. I know in the desktop application you can add a custom image however in the web product it would be good to have a range of options such as colours logos and custom views.

You can now replace the Klipfolio Dashboard logo with your own, for all display modes and themes.

What parts of the UI would you want to adjust colours for? And can you please elaborate on Custom Views? Sounds interesting...

Regarding the branding, the intital banner image that displays Klipfolio Dashboard could be configured to be branded with a custom logo, perhaps if the mobile application took advatage of the native web app frameworks you could add a launch image which represents the Klipfolio branding then once the web app has moved to the klip and tab section this then displays the custom branding. It would be good also to be able to change the colours of the header and footer as currently this is black and simular to the carbon theme in the desktop application. Regarding the custom views it would be good to enable some custom transistion views currently when moving between klips the slide transistion is used, perhaps you could have the tabs as an option when the mobile page is first loaded then when selected the interface view flips as you would find in an application like the native iPhone stocks application, on this back side of the view would be the klips attached to that tab. Where apun selecting that klip it would perform the slide transition. With this being the Alpha release i apolgize if these ideas are slighly ahead of time!

The mobile UI has yet to be styled; we're using a stock UI framework. In the end it will look a lot like the web version--light and airy. We definitely like the logo idea and I can see us implementing it sooner rather than later. We're excited to get going on an iPhone app that takes advantage of iOS capabilities, but we need to nail the basics first. Please don't be shy about posting big ideas; if they're clever and get lots of votes they'll probably have a huge impact on our roadmap!

Great, I don't necessarily think that a native iPhone application is required, the Web App is a perfect multi platform solution. I'm sure i am not highlighting anything new however if you take a look at http://jqtouch.com/ they have done some great work on creating web application frameworks for mobile web applications. This would be great to see in Klipfolio Mobile.

Today's update brings a new UI to the mobile version that is way more in line with the web front end.

I would also like to see the feature of loading our own logo to brand the site... We have multiple clients that we would like to do this for...
