Expose configurable REST parameters

For RESTful services that support parameterization, allow Klip builder to select which parameters can be exposed, and therefore configured, by end users. For example: For a brand tracking Klip, allow end users to enter keywords that can be used by the REST connector to to perform Google News searches around those keywords, and display results.
