An autosave feature during the creation of a klip would be good. In case your internet connection drops.

    Not exactly autosave, but we do prompt the user to save if they leave the workspace without clicking save or cancel.

    plus the ability to save your klip without exiting the edit screen

    Would a keyboard shortcut to save without leaving the edit screen suffice?

    It would suffice yes, but an autosave would be better. I'm finding myself making a change then saving and having to then go back in to edit, just in case.
