Force Display Data Values on Map

Currently there is no way to see data values on a map unless you over the map over each state. This makes things difficult when a client wants to push their dashboard to a TV screen. Individuals viewing the screen can only see the color variations on a map and not values. It would be helpful to have an option to force-display the values in each state rather than only having the ability to mouse hover over each state to see the data values associated with that state.

Hi Israel, Thank you for your idea. We are exploring concepts about how to do this. I would be interested in your thoughts about what the experience would be like when you have a close knit group of countries, such as in central Europe. If all countries showed their numbers, the countries and boundaries could be overwhelmed by overlapping text. Also, would having a legend with a clear show of the color to values help in lieu of putting numbers on the maps? Thanks again, Scott.

Maybe you could limit this functionality to display data only when zoomed to a certain level on a map? Otherwise there would have to be some sort of legend structure that you could color code.

Hi , Any update on this?

I need this functionality too as my business wants the map klip to be mailed them on daily basis. Without labeling it will make no sense.

    Thanks,

    Hi Vikash,

This is still on our radar, but has not yet been scheduled.  Will add your use case as additional context.

    Cheers,

    Scott.

Adding to this.  We want to display this klip on a TV dashboard but without labeling or data, this is useless to us.
