We'd like the option to export our scheduled emails to google sheets files and csv.
Csv appears to be available when you do a one-off email of the klip, but not for a scheduled report.

Hi Dominic,
Thank you for your enhancement request. For clarity, you are able to download as CSV/Excel, however there is currently no option to e-mail as CSV/Excel.
Can you elaborate on your use case here? It would be great to understand more about what you anticipate your users are doing with the e-mail - thus why CSV is a format you are looking for.

Can we actually download the whole dashboard as a CSV/ Excel? cause from what i understand we can only do that with klips.. we can also use the sending as CSV/Excel format.
Use Case Scenario: the partners who will be receiving the email will be able to compare and resend any data inconsistencies on their side :)

We'd like this feature so that we can email-schedule tables or any tabular data source as CSV.
It's convenient to have CSV format for scheduled emails so that certain teams can manipulate the data and combine it with other datasources.
For example a fraud report can display a table of raw values so that the relevant persons can export the data and comb through each value as necessary, or combine with external datasets.

Hi Jasmine, You are correct, there is no mechanism to download an entire dashboard as a CSV file. Can you elaborate on how you would use this and the business scenario this would support for you?
Hi Dominic, thank you for the additional context. It sounds like your 'relevant persons' are not able to leverage the online dashboard or PDF of a dashboard for their purposes of reviewing the numbers? Are you looking to combine the datasets in Klipfolio or feed the datasets back into Klipfolio?

Neither, we're looking to export data from Klipfolio (in the form of csv) to be manipulated and combined outside of klipfolio (in excel) with other datasets/proprietary metrics (think trend/relevance scores etc, for a piece of content) that are manually tagged/defined so can't be piped through Klipfolio.
In short, we want to export tables so people can play around with the data.
Ideally we'd like to have the option to have a single scheduled email that breaks individual components of the klip (charts v tables) into relevant file types (pdf/img for charts, csv for tables)

We could really use the ability to email scheduled reports in an excel readable format. csv or xls

Still really hoping for this feature. Our use case is simple...the recipient of the report needs to be able to work with the data in Excel.

Submitting this again. Literally every time I set up a scheduled report for someone on my team, they ask if they can get it in Excel instead of PDF. We are going to end up having to find a different product. Uneditable reports are somewhat useless for us. They need to take this data and paste it into pivot tables and use it in separate reports and communications. This forces us to send them manual reports straight from sql into Excel, skipping Klipfolio altogether. The whole point for us is to reduce the number of manual reports being run.

I have a number of clients asking for this from us. I am going to have to solve it and would prefer to do it within Klipfolio rather than buying or building something else.

Any chance to implement this feature? I am connecting data from many sources using Klipfolio for presentation purposes and I need a summary collected to be used in another system. I can download CSV manually and it shouldn't be a big effort on your side to attach a CSV to scheduled email as an option, while it is a huge effort for me to connect all these data sources using another tool again...

I'd like to join my voice to this. We have a large table table - 21 columns and a few hundred rows we sue to keep track of a number of in-flight projects and it would be helpful to send around weekly or monthly snapshots of the data for archival and review purposes along with individual analysis. Currently the 'PDF' e-mails don't include the whole table and the section it does include is an image not selectable/copyable text. This makes the whole export basically useless as we can see everything and we can't move the data to an accessible format.
I'd settle for a PDF with copyable text, but I think the ability to push out the CSV/Excel format would be very useful.
