Are you trying to get the metrics from Google Adwords Geo performance report and you get error like below. 

Please ensure that you have at least one column with Geographical data, it is required for the Geo performance report. For example if you choose "Country/Territory" as a column successfully generates a report.

In addition to this, you will also notice that Country/Territory are shown in the form of Id number and not the actual name. If you wish to use the names you can download list of countries and their names as a csv file from here. You can use LOOKUP function to lookup the country id in this mapping file and get the corresponding name.
