Schedule Data Source Update Time

We host many client databases on a single SQL server, and we have multiple data sources pointing to each of those databases. It would be nice to be able to schedule the time when the data sources update, to make sure that they're not all hitting the database server at the same time, and especially not in the middle of the day. I would like to be able to stagger the times for each of our clients' data sources, and set them to update after business hours. Thanks!

    I've found that the time at which 24h updates run drifts over time. We have a forecast we want to update at 8am every day. It starts of at 8am then a couple weeks later it's at 9pm. Drift on 15minute updates is not so bad but on 24h updates it's terrible.

    Hi Michel,

    I should have redirected you to our new API documentation.

     

    Look at the Data Sources section or the Data Source Data section.  Using the API you can either trigger a refresh of a data source or push data you have already captured in a file up to a specific data source in Klipfolio.
