Feature Request: IP Range for Public/Private Dashboards (Not account access in general)

Hi there, 

 

I'd like to be able to set up an IP Range restriction that only applies to the public or private sharing links (not users logging into their accounts).

 

(I actually assumed thats what the IP filter did but was then locked out)

 

Any ideas if this is a planned/feasible request?

    Hi Sen,

    Thanks for adding to the community.

    I would like to better understand your use case.  It sounds like:

    • You are not turning on IP range restrictions for your account
    • You want IP range restrictions on your Private Published Links (there is no security on Public published links - IP Range Restrictions would not apply)

    Am I understanding correctly?

    Correct - IP Ranges on private links would be perfect. (When no account restrictions are set)

    (It would be great if it would work on public links as well but I understand that isn't an option).

    I am also looking for this feature. I would like to use the "Private Dashboard" function to provide company-wide access to some information without requiring an account or logging in to Klipfolio. The IP range restriction for this dashboard would ensure that the information can only be accessed when inside the company network.
