Inviting an "used email" to your account

How can I invite an email that already uses Klipfolio to my account?

I fulfill the form in https://app.klipfolio.com/users/add and the message "This email address is already in use" shows up.

How can I have this user sharing the account I bought with a role and a group?

    Ok, we just entered the chat and the account was deleted, so now we can invite this person to join our paid account.

    Beware that all dashboards and data are lost when an account is deleted.
