How can I detect that a new user's email bounced?

My new users are not logging in, so I did a test where I entered a bogus email address into a new user account. I know it's bogus because I tested it outside of klipfolio. Yet klipfolio isn't notifying me that the email address failed.

 

Are these notifications posted somewhere that I am missing? Please help!

    Hi Trudy - 

    Our mail servers will show us if an email bounced, so you can always reach out to support@klipfolio.com to find out. There is an option on the About page for each user which allows you to get the new invitation link (or a password reset link) and email your user directly. 

    There can be a lot of reasons why a valid invite does not make it to your new user. They may have a strict spam filter on their system which rejects any email from a noreply address. If you are concerned that the emails don't make it to your new users and want support to check, please send us the email address. If you want to create new users and not wait for them to sign in the first time, you can use our API to create the new user, assign them a password and bypass the email all together.

    So the only way to know about bounced emails is for me to specifically ask support? I will not get a notification of some kind when the bounce occurs?

    Hi Trudy -

    The system does not track bounced emails for an admin to see. That level of detail is not available in the app.
