I'm not sure what your question is. Which IP? I suggest opening a ticket with the Klipfolio support team firstname.lastname@example.org to let them help you with the issue you are facing.
As of about 15 min ago, our domain alias has not being accessible, I checked the DNS which was pointing to 126.96.36.199, then pinged the app.klipfolio domain which responded with 188.8.131.52.
I removed the a record and configured the cname per the instruction provided in the email sent out this week.
We have an unexpected outage happening at the moment - see top of this page.
If you would like to send in a support request we can alert you when this is corrected.
I thought that would be the reason. At least we got the opportunity to take care of switching from the A record to the CNAME. I will leave the new setting, and wait for the service to come back.
