    I'm not sure what your question is. Which IP? I suggest opening a ticket with the Klipfolio support team support@klipfolio.com to let them help you with the issue you are facing.

    As of about 15 min ago, our domain alias has not being accessible, I checked the DNS which was pointing to 166.78.16.25, then pinged the app.klipfolio domain which responded with 52.84.27.9.

    I removed the a record and configured the cname per the instruction provided in the email sent out this week.

    I thought that would be the reason. At least we got the opportunity to take care of switching from the A record to the CNAME.  I will leave the new setting, and wait for the service to come back.
