Redshift connectivity

Hi all,

 

I am a naive user and trying the trial version. I would like to connect with my redshift account but it shows my table name doesn't exist. I tried with both schema name and table name also not sure what is wrong. Can somebody help?

    Thanks for posting in our Community!

    We sometimes see this issue when customers have not whitelisted our IP addresses.
    Can you try whitelisting this list of IPs on your end?

    If this does not work, I would be happy to create a support ticket for you, so we could investigate further offline.

    @josh I'm having the same problem, and the redshift server is open with no firewall. I suspect the issue is with the SELECT query thats given to us in klipfolio by default to query the redshift table. I talked to support and they told me to "Go learn SQL" ha! Any help would be much appreciated.

    After whitelisting the shared ip , Still i am not able to connect to redshift cluster .
