HI
I agree with Omar that this is urgent. I got dashboards all over my client offices that are flatlining right now.

Same here!
This is causing serious issues with business flow.

I´m not waiting much longer until I have to change my provider of this service. I understand that you are working for a solution but I need more than that. What´s the problem? How far have you come to a solution on your end? What´s the prognosis? How many more days do we have to wait? What´s you policy on refunds for us who pay money for the service you are providing?
BrBjörn.

Clients are waiting for their full analytics and this is super inconvenient!! :(

Hello -
What we know so far is that Facebook is limiting the API read access on their insights endpoints and this is causing the issues you are seeing. We are waiting on Facebook to resolve the issue as it must be done from their end. We are treating the situation very seriously here and working to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Note, Facebook Ads are not affected by this, only the insights endpoints.
Thank you for your patience and we will send an update as soon as we hear more details.

Hi,
I've made some test in the graph explorer and it seems indeed that FB is blocking access to the endpoints for all "apps" that haven't submitted the purpose of having the app querying the data.
In order to have access, you need to get your "app" reviewed and accepted.
Another interesting point is that I am still able to get Likes and comments count for posts, but no other metrics.

Hi Lionel
Thanks for your comment! The issue for us seems to be that Facebook is blocking some of the approved permissions, which they shouldn't be doing. It also seems like ours isn't the only app that is having approved permissions rejected when asking for the data in the query. We have been speaking to the team at Facebook and hope to have it resolved, or a better understanding of ETA today. I'll update everyone as soon as we know.

Hello!
A temporary solution is to add the access token to the fanpage in the query.
Example:
The access token can be obtained in:
and Fix! :)

Hello,
It's an issue here too in Australia. Still not resolved and cannot connect pre-built klips for Facebook

Hello -
Thank you for your patience. We've made progress with Facebook. Once everything has been finalized, Facebook will start providing the data again and existing data sources will work and new ones will be able to be created.
We will update everyone once it is back up and running.
Thanks

Thank you Meggan. Do you have an ETA of when that will be? Today? Later this week?

Hi Megan,
I had hoped it would have been by now. Facebook has all the paperwork and everything on their end and now they just have to flip the switch to allow the data through again. We will reach out to them if the status hasn't changed by end of our day.
I'll send an update as soon as I hear it.
Thanks

Hi Meggan,
Any updates on this issue. We expected it to be fixed by Friday, do you have deadline to fix this. Several of our dashboards are affected by this and most of them are highly critical.
Thanks,
Arun

Hi Arun,
The issue is on Facebook's side, so we are waiting for them to finalize the solution. We've done all the work on our end. We had hoped it would be ready by Friday, but they are taking longer on their end.
We will send an update as soon as we have one.

Meggan,
Can you please provide an update? These dashboards are now two weeks past due and I must give an update to my director.

Hi Megan -
I posted a short update just above yours.
The issue is on Facebook's side, so we are waiting for them to finalize the solution. We've done all the work on our end. We had hoped it would be ready by Friday, but they are taking longer on their end.
We will send an update as soon as we have one.

Hi Meggan,
Have you spoke with Facebook recently and if so, what are they telling you as far as a time frame. I realize it's out of your control, but it would be nice to have more information as to why the data stopped flowing and when it will come back. I'm being pressured to look at alternative dashboarding solutions as a result of this.
Would it help if we reached out of FB on our end?
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi All,
As per Meggan's comments above, we have been working with Facebook to get the required permissions up and running again. At this point, we are waiting for Facebook to take the necessary actions on their end. Unfortunately, they are taking longer than expected and we do not have a time frame from them. We will let you know as soon as we know more.
Thank you,
Danielle - Product Manager -
Hello Meggan,
Do you have an update? We have had weeks pass and our dashboard has been without fb information and this is a big problem for us because of the scale of this project. I must give an update to my manager and my client asap.
Thank you,
Danilo Costa

Hi All
Good news. Facebook has approved access to the permissions and data should be flowing to your dashboards and client dashboards again. Can you please check your accounts and let us know at support@klipfolio.com if you are seeing any issues.
Thank you,
Meggan
