What should I do if I get this message? "This email address is already in use"

 

Solution:

Klipfolio uses your email address as a unique identifier and as such, it can only be used to create one User in one Klipfolio account at a time.  If you've received this message while trying to add a User, it means the email address was or is currently associated with an existing User in Klipfolio.

The common cases can include a past trial account, a past customer account, or an active account.
