I am trying to create a Klip that displays the number of tickets we have received grouped by their type (problem, incident, task, question). I was able to use the pre built Klip "Zendesk Tickets by Month (Last 12 Months)" to display the number of tickets we have received grouped by their priority (urgent, high, etc.). When I tried to follow the same steps with ticket type I kept receiving an error message. Does anybody know how to build the Klip I am looking for?
