On Klip components such as DropList elements, it doesn't make sense to allow comments.
It would be helpful if there was the means to disable annotations/comments on individual components.

Also, the comment balloon replaces the normal "down-arrow" in a droplist and that's a very non-intuitive behavior that's caused some confusion with my users.
