Additional options for User, Groups and Roles Permission

I miss a permission item in the User, Groups and Roles Permission concept that allows that Role to be able to add and delete other user or groups

but is NOT able to edit any Role Permissions. Because: I am the admin and administrate client accounts.

If I restrict a user via Permissions to not edit data source, edit klips etc but want a user who’s able to administrate new user and groups just view not edit-

with the current setup I need to give that user “Manage all….” but then he can give himself also more rights….
