Client unable to see board

One of our clients is unable to see the current dashboard we have compiled for him - he can only see the old data from the previous quarter that was in the dashboard. We have attempted to share the entire dashboard and the individual widgets with him but he still can't see the up to date board with the current data.

How do we make sure he can see the most up to date version?

    Hi there

    It might be best to troubleshoot this through a Support request.

    If anything has changed with variable scopes, a good first step is to remove the dashboard and the re-add it.

    You could try this as a first step.
