Dateconvert

Hi!

Could anyone help me with how to convert the data in order for it to show weekly? It doesnt seem to work, the figure is only stuck on 1 week and I don't understand why...

    Hi Karoline,

I need to see the formula for your series to know for sure but a guess might be you are doing something like COUNT(@createdAt) in that series.

If this is case you can remove the count and make your series exactly like your x-axis, e.g. @createdAt.  This will give you the count of entries per week.

The important thing to remember is the x-axis and series need to have the same number of underlying items in them after the formulas have executed for the data to align properly.  If you do something like COUNT(@createdAt) that consolidates the entries for the series to be one value, where the x-axis still has individual values for each date the one value will be associated with the first entry on your x-axis.

If this is not the issue you can email support@klipfolio.com with more details and we can help from there.

    Hi Keely,

I had already removed the count - but there is something off anyways (it was daily and not weekly as above - sorry for that)

    Hi Karoline,

In this case you can remove the DATE_CONVERT from the x-axis. In the properties for the x-axis, because you do not need time time information, you can specify the input format as "yyyy-MM-dd" and the system will interpret the dates correctly.

The Display format can be whatever format you would like to see on the x-axis when the Klip is displayed on a dashboard.
