Combining Two Table Components

I'm trying to do something that seems like it's pretty simple, but I can't get it to work. I have two tables that share one column the same, and I want to bring another column's data into the first table and have them joined by the column that they share. Basically, I want to bring the Campaign Cost figures from the second table, and insert them in the correct column on the first table (then I'll do some math to come up with the ROI.) I tried a formula like the following: SELECT(&Table2: Campaign Cost Hidden, &Table1: Campaign Name = &Table2: Campaign Name Hidden)

    Hi Dale,

LOOKUP is the function you would typically use for this type of merge.

    e.g. something like

LOOKUP(&Table1:Campaign Name, &table2: Campaign Name, &table2: Campaign Cost))

Here is a link to details on Lookup

And if you need more specific help with this, please do not hesitate to email support@klipfolio.com

That did the trick (I knew it would be simple.) Thanks!
