Email Attachment from OTRS

Hello everyone,

in our company we use a new ticket system called OTRS. I want to monitor the data from this system in Klipfolio. I want to send the data in an Email Attachment every morning to Klipfolio. The problem is that OTRS only can send the data as a pdf file. Is it possible to put the pdf data automatically in Klipfolio every morning. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Tobias,

    Klipfolio can only accept email attachments which are Excel, CSV, XML or JSON. PDF will not work. Does the OTRS system have an API you could connect to? Or an option to export the raw data?
