Ranking in Grid - SalesForce

Good Morning, I have a problem and I have really been struggling on getting what I want so here I come.

Input:

Please find below the data that I have from SalesForce. 3 Columns: Main Consultant | Date | Record Count (Please find print scree below: PICTURE1).

Output needed:

I would like that in a GRID (not a table) the 3 best consultant appears as in Picture 2.

I would need 6 formulas, but I try out everything I could find online (Slice, Sort, Rank, etc...) and I can't figure it out.

So 2 little questions:

Is it possible?

How to go about it.?

Thank you in advance!!! :)

    Hi Mike!

    Thanks for the post.

You should be able to do this with SORT and SLICE. I've set up an example with sample data to show this. Here's the data I'm using:

For each cell in your grid, I'm using a SORT function wrapped with a SLICE. For example, see this formula for the #1 highest value,

This returns a value of 5. Then, if you change the terms of the SLICE to look for the 2nd and 3rd positions, you can apply this formula to the other 2 value cells:

For the names, we can use the same logic and sort the names by their relative values in the Record Count column:

    This returns the following:

I hope this helps! If you have any questions around this, feel free to log a ticket with our support team at support@klipfolio.com
