I AM SELECTING AN INTERVAL FOR THE GRAPH THAT TAKES 15 DAYS TO 30 OF TODAY BUT I USE THE FOLLOWING FORMULA AND KLIP IS BRINGING DATES FROM 2023 AND SKIPING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER

My understanding is, you would like to choose the dates from your data-sheet that falls between November 7th to November 21st of 2021 ( Which is a 2 weeks interval)
The proper formula that you may use, is BETWEEN () function. It would be something like this: 
Though, your formula also would work great, if you change 30 to 14 days. Like below.

It didn't work very well he still keeps rolling the dates far forward with year intervals
