Currently, a Klip export is only .CSV and not Excel format (.xlsx) - we all know, CSV can be imported into Excel pretty easy, but it does require an additional step which for the client can be (as they are still Excel report oriented) a bit of an undesired hurdle - and, this is actually kind of a basic capability to have, even in somewhat post-Excel times.
