Mailchimp - Show 20 most recent campaigns

I created a 2 Klips that show ALL Mailchimp campaigns. They work beautifully. Here they are:

The problem is it shows ALL of them. As our campaigns continue, this will not be feasible.

1. How do I make it show it only shows the 20 most recent campaigns?

2. How do I make it show campaigns within a specified date range?

  Hi Francois,

  Thanks for reaching out.

  1. For the first question to show only the 20 most recent campaigns.

  You can use the SORT function to to sort the campaigns by Date column from Newest to Oldest
  and then you would use the FIRST function to get the First 20 items for each of the columns.

  These would give you the most recent items in the table.

  2. For the second question to show campaigns with a specified date range.

  You can use a user input control (date picker) and specify a start and end date. You can take a look at the articles here:
