Client's API calls can't get the lastest data

Hi Klifolio team,

We have a client reflecting that they're not able to get the latest data through API calls if they don't enter the dashboard through UI.

The data source we provide the client is scheduled to refresh every 4 hours. For example, their API call didn't get June 13rd data (and I checked the data source didn't have refresh error, should be refreshed normally per the every 4 hours schedule), then after they logged in to the dashboard UI physically, the API call was able to get June 13rd data.

Do you have any insights regarding this issue? Is there a way to solve it?
